One Light Shooting Pt 1
Peter is very well known for his ‘one light’ set up, and in this 4 part tutorial he will show you how many different looks you can get out of one light in the same position simply by moving the model or yoursef.

Peter, you shoot very fast
I’v an h6d-50c, but I can’t shoot as fast as you, because of the focussing is not so quick
How can you shoot so fast with the Hasselblad.
(I use a hc80 or hc120 mm macro (2))
Hi Paul we will be doing a tutorial on focusing very soon, This will will explain better than words how I focus
Tnx Peter, I’m looking forward to that tutorial.
How does the background on the images appear dark, when you shoot against a white studio backdrop?
The less light you put on a white wall the darker it gets, and RaRa was a long way away from the wall with no additional light hitting the background.
Hey Peter… how are you? greetings from Brazil. I have kind of really basic question. One light? I guess 120cm modifier…. how do you control how deep your shadows go? I guess you are getting a bit of light from you white wall but are you doing something else?
Never mind…. LOL if i watch the whole tutorial I will know lol… bring the softbox forward or her back to get more wrap lol….
