She originally met Peter years ago on a workshop when she was making the transition from model to photographer, and with the launch of her new book wanted to have a chat about her website & marketing strategies.

Google search ranking is personalized. Because she showed up for you as the first search result doesn’t mean that she shows up for everyone else as the first result. Google may have been able to learn that you are probably looking for your friend because it knows that you are connected. Or it might know that you usually search for photographers.
A quick check is to go into incognito mode in your browser and repeat the search there. That gives you a search ranking that’s more neutral.
And then Google offers additional tools to understand ranking.
