Beautiful Light In Ugly Locations – Part 3
We have recieved lots of requests to film some more outdoor shoots, and are so excited to bring you this natural light tutorial now that Melbourne is out of lockdown and the weather is heating up!
Natural light is Peter’s favourite, and a lot of the time he finds stunning light in the ugliest locations – like car parks, as he is able to get a direction of light from all the different railings and concrete blocks.
Join him and Julia in this incredible 3-part tutorial with 7 different locations around a local carpark, proving that you really do not need a huge studio to creat gorgeous beauty portraits.

Let me rephrase the end of your introduction. “PETER doesn’t need a huge studio to create gorgeous beauty portraits. ” He barely needs one assistant, and I even wonder if he really needs a camera ;-).
He shows us a process which seems so easy but which most of other people will be struggling with. That’s call mastery.
Lol thanks so much 🙂
Thank you, Peter ! Always a joy watching you work; and, Julia is an added bonus ! Glad you can now get out and about. Cheers to all of you !
Thanks for watching, so nice getting outside 🙂
Love your work. my work has changes because of you Why do you shoot more horizontal than portrait. what is your reason please.
That’s awesome to hear Paul, I really appreciate it. I shoot landscape because that’s how my eye’s see things, plus I can always crop the image to portrait if I need to for a client.
