I call it my Idea folders, where I save pictures for inspiration/pose/look etc. and what I find cool is that some of the pictures I have seen so far here and other videos , I have the exact same pictures in my small collection of images. ie the Blonde sitting with large watch and dress jacket.

do you use a make-up artist for every shoot?
No I rarely use make-up artists unless it’s a commercial shoot.
So you shoot the models completely naturally looking or do they apply some light make up themselves?
They do their own makeup, I prefer natural looking makeup and most models are happier doing it themselves as they know their faces better, makeup artists always go over the top and change a persons face
