For this tutorial Peter and I were doing a fashion shoot, styling a big puffy jacket to look cool, and Peter di a lighting set up he used to shoot a lot in fashion. He starts with a beauty dish as that is one of his favourites for fashion, but then brings in a secondary light to fill but only wants to have one shadow.
