Stairs – The Shoot
In this tutorial, Layla came back to the studio for another shoot with Peter to build on her portfolio. The inspiration photos she picked out were all shoot outside so Peter had to work to create lighting that looked like sunlight.

That was great stuff, Peter. When you started out, she looked rather like a kitten, but some time into the shoot, she began to look more like the cool cat she wanted to be. Still trying to figure out how exactly you managed the transition.
get the model to feel the way you want her to look
Would have been interesting to see a version where she had her shoes off, but still in shot, dangling from her hand or artfully but carelessly tossed on the ground.
Love this one, especially wearing the shoes. But then that is style of photography.
